E-Design Agreement/Terms
1. Services Provided
By purchasing this e-design package, you will receive a comprehensive design plan, including layout suggestions, color schemes, and product recommendations, tailored to your project requirements as detailed in the item description. Please note that e-design is a virtual service and does not include any site visits.
2. Non-Refundable Fee
The design fee for e-design services is non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Delivery Time
Our design team will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a Zoom consultation and send a new client questionnaire. The final design plan will be delivered according to the timeline specified at the time of the Zoom consultation.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, you are required to provide accurate information and complete the new client questionnaire in a timely manner. You must also respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification from our design team. Clients are responsible for verifying all site and design measurements. Bookmarked Interiors is not responsible for any inaccuracies in measurements or any material purchases made by clients based on our recommendations.
5. Revisions
The e-design package includes a specified number of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to proceeding.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and recommendations provided remain the intellectual property of Bookmarked Interiors. You are granted a license to use the designs solely for your personal use and may not reproduce or distribute them without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
E-Design is a virtual design service only. Recommendations made are purely suggestions. If construction is planned, you are advised to consult and separately contract with a licensed contractor. All renderings and floor plans by Bookmarked Interiors are conceptual in nature and are intended to set forth design intent; they are not to be used for architectural or engineering purposes. Bookmarked Interiors is not liable for any issues arising from the implementation of design recommendations or for any damages, delays, or discrepancies in the final outcome due to factors beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any material purchases made by clients that were sourced or recommended by us.
